Finding a solution for the at-risk and homeless population to access basic services that having a phone provides was the task at hand. And two community entrepreneurial leaders, who just so happen to be Burnaby South 2016 grads, Neor Tiku and Brendan Wong, have done a great job tackling the problem. Two years ago they launched Connect Vancouver, a youth-run organization that provides cellphones for those in need and then crowd funds the bill. They’ve only just begun….Â
